Everest Consulting took part in the Kuzbass International Coal Forum.
Everest Consulting team took part in the Kuzbass International Coal Forum held in Kemerovo on 20-23 September 2011. The forum aimed at promoting the implementation of energy strategy and socio-economic development policy of the Russian coal mining and energy industries.
The forum brought together more than two hundred companies and organizations from 18 countries and was attended by more than 5000 people in 4 days. Alexey Zhuravlev, General Director of Everest Consulting, gave a presentation on the valuation of coal mining enterprises as a tool for boosting investment appeal. The presentation touched on a number of burning issues raised by Vladimir Kovalev, Deputy Governor of the Kemerovo region for natural resources and ecology, including lack of investment in coal mining from abroad.
